Welcome! My name is Erin Cornell and I’m an introverted adventure seeker, DIY life hacks guru, and work-life integration enthusiast. By day I am a communications professional living in the greater New York City area. After graduating from college with a degree in psychology and a passion for writing, I always dreamed of having a blog to chronicle my own journey of self-exploration and to help others do the same. Five years later, here we are. In this corner of the Internet, I’ll be writing about all things wellness, career, mental health, and lifestyle.
Born and raised on Long Island, New York, I’m living up that East Coast life and my happy place is the beach. I enjoy quality time with my family, friends, and boyfriend, exploring new places, and daydreaming about what to add to my closet.
