Whether your goal is to make new connections, improve a skill, or engage in conversations around topics of importance to you, attending professional events is a fantastic way to navigate and elevate your career. For young women in particular there are some great opportunities to get involved here in Boston.

Ladies Lounge is a monthly networking and panel event series hosted by General Assembly Boston + Just Us Gals, a Boston lifestyle blog for gals, by gals. Our events are free and open to all!


The Lean In Boston Chapter is committed to providing women in the Greater Boston Area with the tools, resources, and confidence to pursue their ambitions. We do this by: 1) Generating Awareness via discussion and education about issues that can spark change. 2) Developing a Community of both men and women who meet at monthly events to gain insights from one another, offer support to others and discover new opportunities. 3) Connecting Locally to share challenges and successes within and across Lean In Circles. Together, we believe that Boston can be a leader in gender equality, helping to make the region and the world a better place for all of us.

The Massachusetts Conference for Women provides one full day of connection, motivation, networking, inspiration and skill building for thousands of women each year. Since the first Conference in 2005, this annual event has grown to a sold-out crowd of more than 10,000 attendees and impacts thousands of lives. Dozens of expert speakers lead workshops and seminars on the issues that matter most to women, including personal finance, business and entrepreneurship, health, work/life balance and more. The Conference offers incredible opportunities for business networking, professional development and personal growth.
